d’arce makes rashguards and shorts for people who train no-gi. Every piece is cut for scrambles, sublimated so prints don’t crack, and finished with flatlock seams that sit flat against the mat.
We currently ship within Turkey only. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over ₺3.000, otherwise ₺149. International shipping is currently unavailable.
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Contact us to start a return.

This agreement covers the sale of the products in your order, at the prices and with the features shown on the product page when you placed the order.
Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes. The shipping fee is shown before you pay. Payment is made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment provider, Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and we send a confirmation by e-mail.
We deliver within Turkey to the address you give at checkout, normally within 1–3 business days after payment and in any case within 30 days. If we cannot deliver an item, we tell you and refund the amount paid for it.
You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Tell us by e-mail at destek@darce.shop within that period, then return the items unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice, once the items have reached us. Return shipping costs: who pays.
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us. We repair, replace or refund it as provided by applicable consumer law.
This agreement is governed by applicable law. As a consumer, you keep any rights given to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Your name, e-mail, phone number, delivery address and order details. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Only with the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our shipping carrier, our website host, and our accountant or public authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when we no longer need it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by e-mailing destek@darce.shop. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
This site saves your cart and language choice in your own browser so they are there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Siparişini teslim aldığın tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden cayabilirsin. Bu süre içinde destek@darce.shop adresine e-posta ile bildir, ardından ürünleri giyilmemiş, yıkanmamış ve etiketli şekilde geri gönder. Bildirimini aldığımız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde ve ürünler bize ulaştıktan sonra ödediğin tutarı ödeme yaptığın yönteme iade ederiz. İade kargo ücreti: kimin ödeyeceği.
Bir ürün kusurlu gelirse veya sipariş ettiğin ürün değilse bize ulaş. Geçerli tüketici mevzuatına göre ürünü onarır, değiştirir veya bedelini iade ederiz.
Bu sözleşmeye uygulanacak hukuk uygulanır. Tüketici olarak, ikamet ettiğin ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma mevzuatının sana tanıdığı haklar saklıdır.
Kişisel verilerinden satıcı adı sorumludur. Bize destek@darce.shop adresinden ulaşabilirsin.
Adın, e-posta adresin, telefon numaran, teslimat adresin ve sipariş bilgilerin. Kart bilgileri Stripe tarafından işlenir; tam kart numaranı hiçbir zaman görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
Yalnızca mağazayı işletmek için gereken hizmetlerle: Stripe (ödeme), kargo firmamız, web sitesi barındırma hizmetimiz ve kanunun gerektirdiği durumlarda muhasebecimiz veya resmi makamlar. Verilerini asla satmayız.
